Upgraded ticket machines in Barnsley

Ticket machines with a new and improved user interface will go live in Barnsley Interchange from Wednesday 13 November, as a pilot, before the upgraded ticket machines are launched across South Yorkshire.
The new ticket machine screens will allow you to search and choose the best ticket option depending on your needs.
As part of the upgrade, Stagecoach bus and Supertram tickets will be available to buy on the ticket machines for the first time, alongside TravelMaster and First products.
You'll be able to buy 7-day and 28-day travel passes, and a smartcard, if you haven’t got one yet, and you can still pay with cash and card.
